This text will continue the topic of cakes and cake recipes. In my last two articles I have written about the best cake recipes in Poland. This time I will give you some examples of the best cake recipes from the world. As always I will be writing about cakes that are cheap, tasty and easy to prepare. The first cake that I would like to present comes from Germany. It's chocolate cake that is very tasty. A lot of people adore this cake. The German chocolate cake recipe includes cocoa, hot water, butter or margarine, sugar, eggs, flour, soda, buttermilk or clabber. It's very special, because it tastes like chocolate, but you don't add chocolate to it. You can also add some additions like caramel and other things. As you can see the ingredients are also very cheap and the cake is also very easy to prepare.

The next cake is very popular in the world (especially in Europe). It's French cake. There are lots of French cake recipes. There are lots of opinions that French cake is difficult to prepare. In fact it only takes a lot of time to prepare because you have to wait for 12 hours, but the process is very easy. I think that French cake is a good dessert. Here you can find ingredients that are included in all French cake recipes. These ingredients are cold water, salt, butter and flour. They are also very cheap. In my opinion you should try to prepare this cake. I recommend it.

The next cake recipe that I would like to describe comes from Spain. It's called very simple - Spanish cake. It's very cheap cake and you can prepare it very fast. It's worth it, because its taste is fantastic. You can prepare Spanish cake by using such ingredients as eggs, flour, sugar, baking powder and vinegar. You also have to make a special flock (some kind of cream). You don't need expensive ingredients for flock. You need milk, butter, eggs, tidbits, nuts, chocolate, coffee and spirit. The cake is tasty and there are many different Spanish cake recipes, so you can use other ingredients than these presented in this article.

Recipe of Gulab Jamun

Gulab Jamun is the most popular desserts of India. Most of the people love Gulab Jamun. Its method of preparation is simple but it is little time consuming. You can serve the Gulab Jamun by itself or topped with ice cream. You can easily make the gulab jamun at your home and serve it to everyone.

Ingredients:

3 cups sugar
6 cups water
1 tbsp cardamom powder
2 tbsps rose water
3 cups powdered milk
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup thickened/double cream
Vegetable/sunflower oil for deep frying

Preparation:

Mix the water and sugar in a deep pan and boil till the sugar is completely dissolved. Then turn off the flame and add the cardamom powder and rose water in it. Mix it well and keep the pan aside.

Mix the powdered milk, all purpose flour and baking powder well in a bowl. Make a soft dough with the help of it. Add some thickened cream and mix it well and also make it sure that the dough is not at all sticky.

Divide the dough into small size balls with the help of greasy palms.

Heat the oil for deep frying in a pan on a medium flame.

Put the dough balls into heated oil and stir it gently to get the dough balls fried equally.

Once the balls gets the golden brown in color, remove it out of the oil and allow it to cool for sometime.

Allow the balls to soak in the sugar syrup for 2 hours.

You can serve the chilled gulab jamun. Also, serve it with ice cream, also with thick cream and even Gulab Jamun garnished with shavings of different dry fruits.

Firstly you will need to ensure you know what you doing with the marshmallow before you do it, a few examples would be:

Recipe:

0.5kg Castor sugar

0.15l Water

0.05Kg liquid glucose

0.03kg Gelatine

4 Egg whites

Method

Place the water, castor sugar and liquid glucose in a saucepan and bring to the boil (you can then add a flavourant or colouring to the mixture) Cook the sugar until it reaches 115'C, around 10 minutes if you do not have a thermometer. In the meantime in a mixer whisk the egg whites, careful not to over beat them. hydrate the gelatin and leave aside (it's best to use the leaf gelatin for this) When the sugar is at desired temperature add the gelatin and make sure it is dissolved, then pour mixture into the whisking eggs and turn up the speed and beat till the mixture becomes thick and cool. Pour the mixture onto a tray or into piping bag in order to acquire desired effect
Variations

Different flavours can be added to the sugar once you put it on the stove such as honey,cinnamon,lemon grass,ginger etc. Try rolling the marshmallow in nuts,100's and 1000's,chocolate vermicilli, peppermint crisp, flake crumbs To colour the marshmallows you can add liquid food colouring with the sugar mixture while boiling.

I found a simple recipe for white chocolate fondant that anyone can do. It only takes 4 ingredients and the endResults will blow your mind! And 'perfect for the holidays for gifts and souvenirs.

Ingredients:
12 ounces white chocolate flakes
1 can of condensed milk
1 lime
1 cup macadamia nuts
Tools:
Pot
Baking dish with airtight lid
Grater
Food processor
Baking paper

Put the can of condensed milk in saucepan over high heat. Then add the white chocolate and stir until completely dissolved. Make sure the mixture reaches a boil. Take 'Lime and rust all around. Chopped macadamia nuts in a food processor. Make sure you are not a paste from them, because you want to give your dark form. Stir in the lemon zest to the mixture of white chocolate. Now add the chopped macadamia nuts. Line a baking sheet with wax paper. Pour in chocolate mixture. Put on airtight lid. Refrigerate for 8 hours and cool the chocolate. After 8 hours in the refrigerator and cut it out yet in placePieces. Serve and enjoy!
